Man fuck Smallville. They should have killed Clark. Then have his body sent to the Fortress to heal. Then when he woke up, with news of Jimmy's death, Lois being missing, and the crime rate up with th RBB's absence, have him turn into the blur, start training, and approach the world with the attitude he has this season. it would have made it way more dramatic, but i get why they did what they did. in the comics doomsday is buried underground. the real fight takes place n the future

@jpdoctor117 Yeah, in a way it was a huge test for him, I honestly thought that he flew and was so excited because that would have been the perfect motivator for him to fly and then they could have used 2 additional seasons as him as Superman rather than what they did for the finale.

I def think they should have gotten the rights to Serenata for this scene it would have made it much more Epic than it already was I don't think they should have made Clark defeat Doomsday so easily, you are right they could have killed him and made him have an out of body experience thing again like they did for season 10. I thought the Doomsday fight coulda been dragged out longer, when it took everything the adult Superman had to destroy him, in my opinion they didn't give Doomsday justice
