@GarrettMBand @GarrettMBand And i doubt that you can find a single performance of we belong together which she has sang live from start to finish, all her "live" performances are half pre recorded, a lot of the time fully pre recorded (Canadian Idol)I like Mariah's music but these days she is a studio performer, a weak live vocalist who relies very heavily on pre recorded vocals. FACT ! Whitney is a true live singer. There is no one that does a live show like Whitney FACT ! FACT ! FACT !

@GarrettMBand whitney does not sing in whistle register ,mariahs whistles are always pre recorded, whitney could prerecord them too if she felt like it .Mariah's live performances are pieced together from different prerecorded vocals, at canadion idol she used TWO seperate prerecorded parts to put together her "live" performance. When Mariah recorded Whenever you call" she was incapable of producing anything like the recorded version in a live performance, let alone today. FACT

@putada1 I've seen mariah live twice. In terms of difficulty, I'd love to see whitney houston sing a record c#7. Which is whistle register (because you didn't know) Mariah can still sing "We belong together" and "emotions" the same. Whitney can't even sing Step by Step the same. Its funny to see so much comments on the poor performances but barely see anything on her good ones like Oprah, the AMA's, & the pre grammy's last year. Seems like everyone is a music expert without doing the research. No one seems to realize how lady gaga can't sing live period but yet people are gaga crazy. Hopefully this article on what happened to Whitney's voice can teach something to the critics Google the Approach article by Eric Arceneaux titled "What happened to Whitney's Voice"
