  • Jayne Torville has such fabulous technique, and Christopher Dean has a special and uncanny ability to match her movements. "Westminster Waltz" makes my brain shut down from boredom (and I like to imagine that when serial killers land in hell, they would have to listen to this for all eternity). And yet, I return to this posting to see T&D's lovely dance. I don't mind this music when I can watch them skate....

  • Smooth, slick and shiny! They seem quite unique. Something magic happens when they dance together you sense you're watching something very special.

  • they look great. nowadays these ice dancers skate like rats.

  • Damn, they are like liquid silk. Smooth as smooth can be.

  • Don't you love Betty Callaway's British understatement?! The restrained pleasure at achieving "the high point of her career as a coach" to get a 6.0 in a compulsory dance at international level and "not arguing with three of them"! Just charming!

  • Beauty incarnate!

  • A 5.8 from Italy? That judge was out to lunch! Great Westminster Waltz.

  • It's always a pleasure to watch these two

  • I could watch them skate to anything! Even make a Westminster Waltz interesting to watch. Boo to the Italian judge - 5.7. WTH?

  • I could watch T/D CDs allllll damn day.......just gorgeous!

  • Even today, there is no one like them. Incredibly difficult technical moves that they make look easy. Gorgeous edges and they skate so close together.

  • This has to be one of, if not the finest compulsory dance I've ever seen. Those smooth edges, the control, the fluid handholds, etc, it's close to perfection as you can get in ice dance.
