  • Ok thanks ;) i wanna make dubstep, what would you say is the best>?

  • @TheRealDanyan Something distorted, I reckon. With the Argos one you could record some gnarly distorted leads/bass noises, throw them into Kontakt, whack an LFO filter on it, layer a sine wave an octave or two down and presto! The various distortion controls will produce loads of gritty high frequency content which is what you want for those brutal mid rangey basslines. :-)

  • @TheRealDanyan The Argos has another useful feature in that it has an input jack socket, so any bassline you've made on the computer (or drums, vocals, anything really!) , you can distort again through the Argos and record it back into the computer, which will give you a distortion effect no plugin will give you ;-)

  • Hey, What would you say is better, The Argos keyboard or this?

  • @TheRealDanyan The Argos keyboard's definitely my favourite of the two. There's some fun glitchy sounds in this, but I can spend ages playing with the distortions in the Argos one!

  • I heard animal sounds, were you able to access to secret sounds?

    I couldn't on mine.

I have some similar bends on mine, but they are activated

    a little differently.

    Cool sounds!!!!!!!!

    Nice bends!!!!!!!

  • Animal sounds? Hahaha, random, I hadn't noticed those! Where in the clip did you hear them? I hadn't unlocked any sounds intentionally and am not aware of any in there, but you never know!

Glad you like it though, thanks for the comment :-)

  • You really did some great worth-while bends on this. Very usable for glitch.

  • schematic please? great work!!

  • Nice!

  • I have one of these keyboards, haven't used it in ages; but I'm looking into getting into techno composition... and I want to circuit bend it. I have some electrical skills (basic soldering and stuff) but I have no idea where to get started with circuit bending. Any guides you can recommend, or any tutorials for the PSS80 in particular?

  • Yeah, it partially sounds like a SID-Chip! Great!
