I agree. Their training regimens are extremely demanding and they are trained from a very young age to be elite athletes. It's really amazing how much focus and pride goes into this sport for China. They are probably my favorite athletes to watch.

I don't know about "strongest", but you have to admire the chinese weightlifting production of great lifters. They don't yet have a history like russia,bulgari and greece.etc. However they're on the road to it.
