The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger makes songs that are ornate, fanciful, tuneful, and unusual. It's a collaborative duo featuring Sean Lennon (son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono) and his partner in life and music, Charlotte Kemp Muhl. Host David Garland brings them to the WNYC Studio for lively conversation and performances.

  • Now this is the kind of thing I hope for in my future. Me and my girl whoever she may be, hanging out together and making beautiful music. :)

  • @One2three4abc If you watch the interview with him, he said he used music as a way of feeling the void where his Dad left when he was killed. He isn't trying to be like him, he just likes music, and maybe it's a way for him to connect with his father who was taken from him.

  • excellent song. this is among my favorite autumn records.

  • Ok. I didn't know who Charlotte was until today. Clicked on one of her modeling shoots where she talks inbetween. I think people are being too hard on her. She's just a kid having a good time. Probably playing a part in everything she does except what we don't see...another words, we don't know the real her from some songs and modeling shoots, so I say, there's more important things to complain about.

  • It reminds me of really good harmonizing 60's music. Like Fairport Convention (not sure the right example). LOVE! Sean's got a great voice, but geez, her voice is just magically perfect!

  • this is my latest fav can't help repeating it!!!
