I am related to Frederick Fleet the lookout. He was the Grt Grandson of my Grt Grt Grandfathers sister. So do a good job!. He commited suicide in Jan 1965.

You do realise that this has absolutely nothing to do with the James Cameron movie, right?
This Musical is about ACTUAL people who were on board the Titanic, and it focuses on EVERYONE on it, there are no central characters or any "My Heart Will Go On" song in it.
I am going to be in a production of this next year, I'll be playing Fleet, who was lookout (the guy at 0:41)
The show isn't like a flanderization, it actually does have it's deep moments.
Hoping my one's okay! =3

This sucks balls its so boring...

@idinafanboi nor am i saying that your opinion is wrong either everyone has their views
-
@idinafanboi well i just don't apprectiate that it's about a tragedy that's all i'm against....i do musical theatre and drama as a hobby and i don't always do the nicest pieces i just find tragedies the hardest to swallow. especially real ones that happened

@triplethreatlol101 Well judging from your comment (which is all I have to go on) you ARE one of those people. Sorry but how do you not understand the song? It's pretty obvious the passengers are admiring the Titanic, about to board it, then bid farewell.
And well, of course everyone's entitled to their opinion but you gave no just explanation why you are against a musical of Titanic. I personally think the Titanic tragedy makes for a perfect piece of theatre.

@idinafanboi no i definitely am not one of these people you shouldn't make assumptions about people you don't know. it is a beautiful song but i guess i just don't understand it and i never will. these perfomers are awesome but i just don't think it should be titanic. Much love

why would people dislike this its amazing
-
@triplethreatlol101 How on Earth is it disrespectful?? Theatre is about portraying a story to an audience, it just so happens this was a very emotional story, which only makes for better theatre. You're obviously one of these people who stereotype musical theatre as about performers prancing about on stage with jazz hands and smiles singing merrily about silly things. Musical theatre can be (and mostly is) powerful, emotion and moving.

i would love to perform on Titanic someday, i would love to play Rose
The opening song is a tearjerker, as it is a great opening. I love the show and I saw it three times.
