Apparently, despite the video footage from 2006, it took until 2009 for an investigation to begin & then another 2 years before the prick was charged...WA are slow to give animals justice...

The company who was taken to court (case later dropped!?) for this video was Westpork in western australia. The general manager is Neil Ferguson you can see his smiling face here on the Australian Pork Limited!? website under board members

Eco Shelters - arent they supposed to be so much better for the pigs?
