The BNP (and white nationalists in general) are masters of the art of making a poor show look bigger with HUGE flags, but unlike the tens of thousands of people who enjoyed recent Anti-BNP concerts and marches etc, according to their OWN figures, the BNP issued a nationwide call-out to supporters, circulated 50,000 leaflets in Stoke-on-Trent alone, and only managed to muster 300 people to a car park on an industrial estate in Stoke (in truth, by the standards of the BNP, this probaby WAS a "great" day for the BNP, relatively speaking*). In fact the hullaballo the BNP are making about their demo in Stoke is to distract BNP supporters attention away from the inevitable crushing defeat the BNP received in the Hampstead by election in London, where the BNP polled a pathetic 29 votes!
The BNP called the rally in Stoke to demand "justice" for the man who killed Keith Brown. The reason the BNP make an issue out of this case is because Keith Brown's killer was a Muslim. The BNP say they're not racist, but the judge handed down a relatively light sentence because Keith Brown had subjected his neighbour and his neighbour's children to a vicious campaign of racist abuse. When white Nationalists like Chris Castle and Mick Sanderson were stabbed to death by other white Nationalists (!) the BNP were nowhere to be seen. When it comes to giving a damn about violent crime, the BNP don't talk about why Nick Griffin refused to help the police investigate failed BNP councillor and convicted terrorist Robert Cottage, nor do the BNP talk about BNP councillor Luke Knight stabbing a fellow BNP member in the face with a broken beer glass at the BNP Red White and Blue festival.
BNP leader Nick Griffin pursues the "Skinheads in Suits" strategy in the hope of tricking normal voters into thinking the core BNP activists aren't the knuckle dragging Nazi collaborators everyone knows they are. The BNP founded a blatantly Nazi group called Combat 18 to provide "security" for BNP events. The group was led by BNP founder John Tyndall's bodyguard Charlie Sergeant - the man who stabbed and killed Chris Castle. Another person who was employed by the BNP to guard their founder was the child-killer and Nazi nailbomber David Copeland.
The "Skinheads in Suits" strategy does what it says on the tin, and in THIS video we see the BNP activists gathering before the Stoke rally - including the usual assortment of football hooligans and tattooed thugs, middle aged skinheads in black Fascist style armbands, and the black-suited, code-named and shaven-headed "security" team that Lionhearted BNP leader Nick Griffin needed to hide behind throughout his entire speech! Speaking before the BNP rally in Stoke, the Bishop of Stafford, the Right Reverend Gordon Mursell said that "Christians have moral duty to oppose the BNP". * Initially I believed BNP figures claiming 700 people showed up at the BNP rally in Stoke - that would have been pathetic enough, but according to the local papers the real figure was just 300.
