  • also edit a color corrector(i use Final Cut Express 4) to match the fire with the brightness/dimness of your scene. it'll help to blend it all so it doesn't have that fake "copy and paste" look to you scene.

  • constructive criticism: you fucked up =D. on the 10 second mark your fire from the shot extends into the black letterbox. next time edit a smaller firing size, stand your actor further away from the camera so the gun fire is seen entirely in the scene, or simply crop and keyframe the fire fx so it never extends into the letterbox "widescreen."

  • Only problem with Headshot is there is no entrance wound on the front of his head. I made the same mistake in my zombie video. Funny how you forget simple things when u film.
