Disagree, he's rated just fine - he sucks.  Singer/songwriter wannabe. Wake up people. There are great songwriters and then there are the Nesmiths. The best stuff the Monkees had was the stuff written by others. His career went nowhere after that show and that's why he went into making videos.

I wonder why he shaved his beard in recent years? It looked good on him. I miss him doing music like this. I wish he'd perform at least one last concert with The Monkees. Preferably in my town :)

I love the Monkees!!!!! I am only 26 but I remember fondly listening to them in the car with my dad. He got me hooked on their music and Mike has always been my favorite. Love You Mike!!!!

I had the great privilege of seeing Papa Nez perform last month. He sounded every bit as wonderful and looked like he was having a great time on stage. When he sang this song and Joanne, I lost it...many happy tears. :) Thanks for posting this!

I love Mike so much. I don't care if he was originally long before my time. He still has suck an amazing voice.
