Jailbreak iOS 4.1 Devices with LimeRa1n

Jailbreaks Phone 4/iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 4G/iPod Touch 3G on 4.0,4.1, and iPad 3.2.2.

Steps:
1.) Plug your iPhone in and launch LimeRa1n then click "Make it Ra1n".
2.) Follow the instructions: hold the Home and Power button together.
3.) Release the Power button.
4.) LimeRa1n will have your iPhone enter DFU mode and will jailbreak your device.
5.) Go to your iDevice and open the LimeRa1n icon, and select to install Cydia. (If you don't see the LimeRa1n icon on your iPhone, simply reboot it.)
6.) Once Cydia is installed, you can uninstall LimeRa1n from the LimeRa1n app on your iPhone.
