DigiTech JamMan Solo Basics

I just got this two days ago and I have a question. Am I able to have a loop going and change the drive so that I can solo over it but not have the drive affect the loop? So far I haven't been able to.

@mn4zr1l Yes, I do, but you'll need to activate to "playthrough" oprtion in your sound settings.

Can you put a 1/4 inch to xlr cable so you can put a mic into this pedal? Would that work? And nice video!!!!!!!!

can i use jamman + rp500 thru usb and computer speaker for recording/jamming? i know rp500 already has loop feature too but jamman is much better. tq

@maximillion666666 I know you're post is kind of old, so sorry if you've already figured this out, but I've seen a footswitch that Digitech makes that goes along with this and it has up and down buttons just like on the JamMan, but it's made specifically as a foot control. Don't know how much it costs, but I have seen them. Hope that helps.
