How To?: Make a Fake Error Message only for Windows!

I AM GOING TO MAKE A NEW VID TO TELL U HOW TO DO COOLER THINGS SO DONT WORRY =)
May take a bit longer...Got Windows 7 and found some new tricks
as you can see when tou have this stuff example 0+16
the left number changes the ok and cancel buttons and the right number changes the symbol thingi..
TO CHANGE THE OK, CANCEL BUTTONS (LEFT #)
0 - ok button only
1 - ok and cancel
2 - abort, retry and ignore
3 - yes no and cancel
4 - yes and no
5 - retry and cancel
TO CHANGE THE SYMBOL (RIGHT NUMBER)
16 - critical message icon
32 - warning icon
48 - warning message
64 - info message

it didnt work on my computer. :( i even tryed it as a ".bat" but i got scared that it would change my computer,i thought that when i clicked. cause command prompt poped up for less than a second. so i double deleted it.
