Referred to by one of our customers as "Meat Sashimi", this is the very best the Spanish Ham world has to offer. Rich, nutty and with an impossibly long and complex finish, the king of all hams has a princely price to match. It may not be for everyone, but at about $10 per serving, it is one of the world's last, best affordable luxuries.

It's eaten uncooked, of course you can cut it in cubes and fry it but, that's because in Spain there are cheap hams and expensive hams... Cooking an expensive ham would be like mixing a $500 bottle of wine with coolaid.

  • how would you serve this ham, what cooking methods are best, can it be eaten uncooked?
