There was this similar situation this year wherein CM Punk revealed that he's contract with the wwe ends after money in the bank and that he will win the wwe championship against cena, and that he will leave wwe with the championship title. Punk won the title, but he renewed his contract.

It could be amazing to see him on Japan Pro Wrestling or Ring of Honor with the WWE title... or TNA.

@Leummoht This & That situation are not similar, as in Bret Hart 's contract was expiring in reality & He was going to WCW & he was like, he wont drop the belt in Calgary, but anywhr else!! He was Screwed in Reality & Not in Kayfabe!!

@amnbajaj3 idk ....This was one of russo's worked kayfabe angles this wasn't a "real" screw job it was the only way out ...what was he suppose to do hand the belt over? job out the next night back in the states? it's proper etiquette to job the title if your leaving the organization it's called "putting over" , plus this was all script from russo to lead into vince's worked shoot 'bret screwed bret' .....I say as believable as this might seem...It was kayfabe......
