In an appearance with conservative talk show host Steve Malzberg on Friday's Fox & Friends, Ed Schultz got fed up with the interruptions and distractions of Malzberg and abruptly walked off the set, leaving the flabbergasted F&F hosts nothing to do for two and a half minutes but to mock him.
