This was easier than the Iji trailer, and only took a day to make. Cut and synced using VirtualDub. Note that the HUD surrounding the game screen is not visible in this trailer to keep it from distracting the viewer.

The songs used are "Tetron" and "Zone4" from the Hero Core soundtrack by Brother Android.

@avptv My only games without color are this one and Hero. If you mean a Hero game with color, I dunno if that would feel right. :p

This game has to be one of my favorites. It really had that awesome retro feel to it. The game flowed really well, and while the bosses were hard, they still easy enough to beat after a few tries.

The Effects, Music, and Character/Enemy Design look awesome... but I'm not sure how the gameplay would be... Are you constantly using the jetpack, or can you shut it down and just walk around some?

I just thought I'd say I love this game; As a game developer I find it extremely inspirational. I play it whenever I feel down, it totally gives me the inspiration to keep going. You rock Daniel!

Oh yeah, I just want to let you know that your game can cause seizures. I shown it to one of my friends (It in hard difficulty) to show how good I am in your game. With all those sprites and flashy black and white effects flying everywhere while focusing on a tiny little guy, um...yeah that could effect some people, you know. Lol :/ It was a good thing that he was all right.

Just a heads up there for anyone who is thinking that they can take on the hard difficulty in this game!Its a GREAT GAME!

This game is fantastic, definitely your best so far. I beat Normal in a little over an hour and I'm going to play through Hard later on.

@neuzd Agreed! I started gaming in about 1980, stopped in 2005 but i went through all those systems like the hand held game & watch LCD, Hanimex Pong style system, CBS Colecovision, Atari 2600, C64, Amiga, PC and now nothing :( This game looks great though so i will definitely give it a shot! :)
