cool hair cut. mine is an ivy league but alot shorter. i do it myself. i use a 0 open for the nape up to about the crown, maybe a bit below the crown... then i use a #1 guard for the crown all around the sides then a # 3 guard for the top but i leave the bangs(fringe) a bit longer so i can wear it down , back or to the side. its an easy haircut . i trim mine about every two weeks though to keep it looking nice and always shape up the neck and sideburns. all in all cool, easy hair cut.

@Paranormalaccnt9 he he I like mine short too and buzz mine around every two weeks at the longest every ten days tends to be the thing I buzz all over with the oooo or no 1 or sometime no 2 in the cooler weather if I go over the ten days it most lightly cos just not had time or how short I went last time to how long that haircut going to be

If i go to get my haircut and say i want an ivy league will they know what i want? I get my hair cut at a haircutting school. How short do you cut it?(seems like you can get different lengths of this cut and they would proly ask) Thanks for any help!

@67cardinals Yeah they should know what a ivy league is you can always take a pic to show who is going to cut your hair how you wish your hair to look and yes there are shorter and longer leagths to the cut depending on ones own choice look at different pics of the cut and see witch you want you pick the length from the back of neck to the front of your head I will also my advice is it one of the harder hair cuts to do and get right so make sure they the barber can cut a ivy league markie

@Frico1964 Yeah there is a haircut known as a butch it the name giving to a short buzz cut like a no 1 i have also herd it called a hinny as well ho[pe this helps
