@sspier13 That is "Breath of Life", from "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" soundtrack. The version heard in the trailer is a little different though. You can find the original in the "Breath of Life" track in The Two Towers OST, and in the "Arwen's Fate" track in the Complete Recordings.
