I support the workers, I think California should Boycott Toyota for shutting down.

Of course I have never bought a Japanese

car (I grew up around a lot of WW2 Vets)

who thought the Japanese were sneeky

little Basterds.

I'm also a member of the Teamsters Union, so I support labor, decent

wages and benefits.

U said it Frankiej510. we work hard. We have an opportunity to fight. We don't need haters. We stood and protested for other workers and helped them get decent pay. If other workers had the opportunity to ask for more im sure they would all ask. We are getting hated on for no reason. we are not hating on anybody that makes more and see them asking for fair wages. Automotive workers and their suppliers work every second of every minute thats the reality of car manufacturing.

Excuse us for making top quality cars. $30 an hour is shit for the quality workmanship in these cars and the 1000 vehicles per day we produce. Name one other plant in the world that can produce 1000 vehicles and have 10 out of 1000 with a defect. Name one plant in the world that has won several awards every year for high quality.

Sounds like Ortiz has more to worry about then his health benefits A lot of people don't feel sorry for folks who were making almost 30 bucks an hour getting laid off I once worked for one of their suppliers in the central valley and I only made 10 bucks an hour as a temp. with no benefits at all , after 9 months I finally found a job with decent pay and great benefits elsewhere Good luck and Godbless, Nummi workers your gonna need it!!!!! bastard japanese . . .i should have told my dad how they were . . the way how they shut down companies is like this:

1) they lower the work days for workers . . .

2) they fire workers who has the least working year for the company . . .

3) they discuss weather they dont shut it down depending on how much the company make . .

4) Give workers a chance to rally but then popping their bubbles when their morale is up . . . how F'ed up is that . . .
