I really like Simon Cowell, and really hate these idiotic smoking bans. It should be up to the restaurants/bars/whatever to decide if they want to allow smoking in their facilities or not.

smokers hate the ban and don't go to bars or pubs in North America unless they have to, smoking bans are hate crimes.
