** Please watch in High Quality / Widescreen **
This video shows you a quick and simple method to fix the bug in FRAPS that occurs when recording your games. Often the Audio / Video becomes progressively out of Sync.
Software used in this video is Sony Vegas Pro 8 but the same concept should be available with all video editing applications.

  • @nameguy101 nope, got a brand new ati radeon gpu, no difference whatsoever D:

  • I don't actually think this is because of RAM, I think it's the video card. I never used to have this on my crappy 6770. Maybe it's just nVidia?

  • @delatroy Find a place near the end where there is silence and a visual cue that is supposed to be matched to a sound. Look for the waveform of that sound in the editor, and simply do the time stretch shown in the video to move that waveform to around the frames of the visual cue. Hope that works.

  • @LkMMoDC No, I should have been more specific, one can easily mistake the term "more space" with hard drive capacity. I actually agree with you there as well, you aren't going to exceed 30GB when rendering almost anything.

  • @nameguy101 my bad the amount of hard drive space wont make a difference is what i meant to say... derp on my part :P sorry

  • @LkMMoDC 3d baking and rendering definitely requires a lot of RAM.

  • @nameguy101 thats not what i was talking about though and the amount of ram wont make a difference while rendering the processor speed will though

  • @LkMMoDC When compiling/rendering, you may need more space, rather than more speed.

  • COMPRESSION =/= TIME STRETCH!!

  • i have 16 gigs of ram and a 6 core processor. but it still has 15 seconds of audio lag
