Hey there. Basically that is what Im stating. It sounds like misinterpretation especially when called raptures(rapture usually referring to the ONE time the Lord will return to meet us in the clouds). The truth and sound interpretation is in the fact that 3 major events take place at the end. 1st an unexpected coming during peace, 2nd 144,000 taken as well as the 2 witnesses who clearly resurrect, and 3rd the FEW remaining Elect. This aligns with the 3 steps to Israel's God given harvest.

Sure...Messiah proved the interpretations of most wrong by coming FIRST unexpectedly as a baby. He will come again but next time in glory for all to see. Likewise at His resurrection He appeared to Mariam first telling her not to touch Him but later appeared to everyone and told them to touch Him. In Matt 24 Messiah speaks of coming in glory but also of coming unexpectedly. Such is the virgin parable(unexpected) versus the sheep and goat parable(in glory) of Matt 25.

I dont know what happened to my second comment(it disappeared) but I spoke of how these 144,000 are all men and all Jewish(as their are never seen women priests and these refrain for sexual contact with their wives). Rev 14 is very clear. Many stumble on Rev 7 which shows the wheat firstfruits(144000numbered) and then the Barley firstfruits(uncountable).

So what does all this mean and how can I conclude to your question? The 144,000 are the picture of the first fruits of the wheat presented on Pentecost(the middle feast). They will indeed be raptured to heaven in the middle of the tribulation and will sing a personal song. So shall we(the church) sing a personal song and the trib saints their own song. People are already in heaven and besides, at the end we are All coming back to the earth to live forever.

Hey I looove your questions! These are the questions that keep my theology up to date(opposed to the many mocking and doubting questions of those who dont seek truth). Basically, the 144,000 are seen alone and seperate in heaven with Christ as His personal, select group whom will never leave Him. Many stumble on this for no good reason(God is willing to interpret but men(JW) love their imaginations).
