@wowprogamer1 sounds like you know Josh that well as if you have jammed with him, that you are absolutely sure Josh will never "be that good." First off, good is a very subjective word. If you're in love with Frusciante that much why don't you stop listening to the Chilis and listen to his solo records instead? Secondly, you are correct that Frusciante HAS something that Josh doesn't. But you seem to forget the reverse is also true.

Ok peeps, peep this. Of course nobody can replace John as a guitarist in RHCP and automatically be "better". There's nothing we can do about it if John wants to continue solo except thank him for what he's already given to us. BUT, Mr. Klinghoffer's a MOTHER FUCKIN G. He was back-up guitarist on the Stadium tour, and John's had him play drums/bass on almost all of his solo albums. He's a renaissance man who can play anything very well. If I had to pick one guy to make RHCP a band again, its him!

Even if Josh comes this far as Frusciante did,the band still wouldnt be that good.... Frusciante HAS something that Josh doesnt have,wont have and never will have !
