I know you didn't ask but i am going to put it out there anyway. I have made it my hobby to talk to women about all things children and a common concern for first time mothers trying for #2 is "How can I possibly love another baby as much as the one I have now?" Well you will. So when you look at Carter and your thinking about #2 know that #2 will bring you as much joy/love etc as he does and weigh that in to your decision making process :-) Good luck on whatever you choose to do!

I truly wish you would consider adoption. IVF is just so... invasive & disappointing. Adoption is the complete opposite.

@bcashmom12 I meant to say something about adoption in this vid bc I knew there would be questions about it, but it completely slipped my mind. We don't have adoption as an option on the table right now because our insurance completely covers IVF, while adoption costs around $25k, I think. Anyway, in financial terms, we want to exhaust the IVF option before moving to the next - less affordable - plan.

I completely understand where you're coming from! You shouldn't have to feel rushed, so just take your sweet time and enjoy your life, just like you said! And for infertility, I would like to recommend you to REACH. If you want more information, go to the youtube channel devinanderica and message them! They are on baby 2 and can give you great info and recommend you to a WAY better infertility doc! Hope you're doing well! x

I am so fearful of IVF. I feel the same. I am confortable just trying on our own (we are unexplained infertile) after 5 failed IUIs and 2 miscarriages.
