it collapsed when they were moving it to another part of the refinery to make another lift. There was a sink hole under the road that they were told by the plant operators was capable of handling the weight of the crane. Lucky the crane company decided to move it at night (sunday) when there was very little traffic on that road or workers on site.

@SouthwesternEagle Actually China has a pretty good Human right record because you might have heard they do cruel stuff is because they are such a big nation and such big nation needs a thight control. For the animal rights. It's improving really good now, in just a few areas they still skin animals alive but this is getting less and less off, as for that Korea is worse then China in animal rights just saying. And I agree with skinning animals alive is cruel

@SouthwesternEagle China sucks because? I have been in China and people actually know how to respect each other and talk in a proper way, heck even the kids there know their manners. And no I haven't just 'been' in Hong Kong but all over China. And yes they can build a sky scraper in less then two weeks, I don't see any other nation having developed from a poor nation to a super power in less then 30 years.

OK, back to reality. Let's just say this was a draw. You proved your point as well as I proved mine. Back in Comment 1, you said that Americans can't get anything done right. Well, it's the truth.
