just focus on one day at a time to get back on track. If you can't exercise, at least eat right. you will still see progress that way. Hope you get better soon hun <3 Amber

with exercise i think sometimes we start out all gungho and fizz out because we get sore and tired from busting it out.... i think sometimes we just need to make moving everyday even for a few minutes a habit til we grow it into a challenge...gonna go ahead and post my exercise habit video as response if that is ok?
