Anyone who has entered into the mortgage modification process with any bank acting as a servicer knows the story. The bank does everything it can to delay the process and then claims that the home should be foreclosed. There are thousands of stories of homeowners who honestly and justifiably believed that they had a modification only to find out that the bank foreclosed anyway. The homeowners in this story were told that they were in a loan modification review. Large payments were sent via Western Union as requested by GMAC. The homeowners were never informed that the modification request was denied.
GMAC didn't have any money in the deal. They stole this home using trickery, fraud, forgery, fabrication of documents and outright lying to the homeowner and the courts- -and their lawyers know it!
This case has been in the courts since March 2009 after a group of greedy investors allegedly purchased the home at a trustee sale. What you see in this video 9/27/2011 is the homeowner being confronted by the greedy investors and 2SD Deputy Sheriff's playing judge, jury and executioners. The officers acted on an outdated notice of eviction which, according to court records, expired 12/2009. The homeowner on 9/9/2011 served the investors with a notice to cease and desist and posted the property with no trespassing signs. The investors filed a no trespass with the Sheriff's after the fact on 9/9/2011 and never posted such, which is a requirement for validity. This homeowner and her son were placed under citizen's arrest by the greedy and lying investors and silenced by the officers that were supposed to "serve and protect." Once they knew that the investors never posted a no trespass they should have arrested them for no trespassing. A neighbor was there and told the officers that he witnessed the homeowner posting signs. This homeowner was fully aware of the written law as it relates to title, flawed foreclosure procedures, robo-signing, filing and recording forged and fraudulent documents and equity striping. In non-judicial foreclosures the pretender lenders are allowed to steal homes before showing and proving title.
This homeowner has seen and been victimized by the judicial favortism shown towards the banksters.

  • And then who got the huge bail-outs in the end? Not the poor citizens who were manipulated and TRICKED out of their homes, but the greedy corporate financial institutions. THIS COUNTRY SUCKS!
