Tabletop dessert at Alinea Restaurant on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, 2/15/11

A clip from the Travel Channel's "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern" where he samples a dessert at Chicago's Alinea restaurant, prepared by the chef himself, Grant Achatz. Sorry about the quality, I just filmed the tv.

This is similar to the one I had when I went (in October 2009), but the ingredients are a bit different. Still, there's something remarkable about having your dessert painted onto to the table in front of you so I wanted to show this to some friends who have asked about it.
