Beaterator is a music mixer game to be released in 2009 by Rockstar Games for the PlayStation Portable. Beaterator is being developed by Rockstar Leeds, which was in-charge of developing Grand Theft Auto games on the portable consoles. Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories and Chinatown Wars. The game will also be co-produced by noted music producer Timbaland.
The game is based on a music mixing tool released on the Internet in 2005 by Rockstar and is expected to contain all-new music, and other audio mixing features, as well as new content and modes such as "rhythm games" and other challenges.
