  • Hey guess what. This isn't a big deal. 30000 people die every day in Africa and I don't hear people pulling their hair out about that. More people will die in car accidents in the next 24 hours then the swine flu has killed. 36000 people die in America every year from the regular flu and 400000 are hospitalized according to the CDC. This is no big deal and this isn't the first time they have tried to scare us with the swine flu either.

  • well...it's a pretty far-fetched thought anyway :)

  • i agree with you completely. your statment should hit the mainstream somehow.

  • yes

  • people are filthy

  • i heard nyquil provides effective relief for swine flu and it also comes in grape, for those worried about the taste.

  • would i be adding to the chaos if i said i have a hunch that this is the beginning of man-made secret bio-chemical warfare?

  • this reporter actually sleeps at night after she told the entire world that Health Officials are telling people (Ha, Health Officials) " not to go to a hospital unless they are severly ill" .

  • We are very fortunate at least that the flu is coming around during the summer when children and college students do not congregate in mass numbers in small areas. This greatly reduces the ability for the flu to be distributed and spread very rapidly.

I hope that this flu is contained. An epidemic like 1918 would be globally crippling.
