Heres another M&B video showing off how tactics can easily overcome greater numbers.

Lord Surdun attacked me, with an army of 137 Nords, Against my army of 81 Rhodocks.

using tactics and some daring (and stupid) moves, I managed to win.

Total losses being
Rhodocks : 10 total, 3 dead 7 wounded.
Nords : 137 total, 134 dead, 3 wounded

I play a far smaller role in this battle compared to the Other video I have, However, against such numbers, I had to rely more on tactics then anything.
The first round goes with out a hitch, with only minor losses.
The secound round required more offensive action on my behalf, as the enemy took to defending.
At first I tried coaxing them into a charge by attacking them alone, their archers and well diciplined nord warriors made that pretty difficult, they refused to move. So I decided to make use of the Rhodock sharpshooters amazing Shields. Blocking the pathetic nordic archers until they ran dry of ammo, then mowing them down with a hail of crossbow bolts, and infantry.
I'm luck those where Nordic archers, If they where Vaegir, I would of more then likely been dead for such a stupid move.

The movie was 12 minuites total, so I cut out alot of the extra stuff such as pre-battle set up, looting, intro, and the break between round 1 and two.
I recommend watching with Annotations enabled, as they'll explain what's happening when the scene suddenly changes.

how do u heal your wounded and is there a easy way to get your party leveling fast up so they can be upgraded

If you mean healing between battle phases, Then I think first aid is the skill you want. I might be wrong it's been a while since I played.

If you want your units to level up faster then just put points into trainer on your companions. (or was it training >.>)

Either way, That skill gives your units free exp every day, it's a very good skill to have if you want to always maintain a strong high level army.

if you wanted to show off superior tactics you should stay back and not attack.. ive won 10:1 with weak troops and no tactics (meaning i just let them do wahtever) just because i get a kill every other time i shoot the bow

I think a good tactic is to have cavalry just rush them and you wait on a hill with a line of archers and a shield wall of sergeants as backup....

Good idea to have an anti cavalry weapon and some good arrows with you...

Nords are almost unstoppable when it comes to nonstop besieging....

Despite their Huscarls powerful shield high health and power strike you could easily overwhelm their ground armies with cavalry preferably Swadian Knights ...

I don't think it would be much harder if you were facing Vaegir archers/marksmen. They are supposed to be the best archer unit, but honestly they pretty much always fail, atleast when I play. Rhodok sharpshooters FTW!

I love the Rhodok crossbowmen...

sometimes I also put some nord huscarls to support them

and of course Rhodok spearmen to kill swadian cavalry (I hate swadian) =D
