This was sent to me from a cop friend of mine. Althought the video is funny, even he says in the email and in person to me that you NEVER EVER EVER take field sobriety tests.

First don't drink and drive, but if you do, taking tests is GIVING POLICE EVIDENCE. You are not required to do this and he thinks it is so stupid that citizens don't know this yet.

Simply say, 'If I am under arrest please do so. If I am not, let me go."
If they arrest you, don't blow in the breathalizer. Just get a good lawyer.

Love you guys,
Don't drink and drive...

  • @NexxTmCartist That was part of the test. To see if dumb dumb could put the tape down without killing himself. Dumb dumb failed.

  • @bryanw91178 because that's damn near impossible to prove in court.

  • @profsat5 You are aware that the results of your breathalyzer are accessible to you for your defense?

  • PLEASE be aware that in some states, refusal to blow constitutes an automatic one year suspension of your driver's license. My state is one such state, and it is not the only one.

The reason they can do this is that implicit in obtaining your driver's license is a passage in which you give your consent to be subjected to a breathalyzer. Failure to do constitutes an actual crime for which the punishment is a one year suspension of your license. If you know you're not intoxicated, BLOW!

  • What pisses me off, not to glorify drunk driving, but how is a fat ass soccer mom with one hand on the cell phone, another hand messing with her retarded kid in the back seat steering the wheel with her cottage cheese leg any less dangerous on the road than a drunk driver?? Why don't the police ever set up a "safety checkpoint" near a school, mall or a church??

  • @NexxTmCartist thats too practical

  • I see i See, this cop was using a tape measure to have the suspect walk 10 steps and 10 steps back, hmm doesn't that white line for the parking space look efficient?

  • Hmm and then I have to state the obvious. The cop could'nt have used a line already painted on the ground?

  • @profsat5 I've had cops lie in court...it's scary. When you're a kid, people tell you to trust the cops. Kinda tough, now.

  • @chrenBOPavich Welcome to the club...
