If you've received a notice for a hearing before an administrative law judge, that means you've been turned down by Social Security and you've asked for a day in court. It means it is time to get an attorney if you don't already have one. The administrative law judge hearing is critical - this is your only opportunity to have a face to face meeting with the person who is making a decision about your disability. These hearings can be very detailed -- including many questions and witnesses such as physicians and medical or vocational experts. You need an attorney who knows the law, your case, and your medical records inside and out. The record that is made that day is ultimately what will determine whether you win your case. You need an attorney who knows what he or she is doing, and at Leventhal Sutton & Gornstein that is what we do everyday.

Contact Leventhal Sutton & Gornstein at (215) 357-3300 or (800) 889-6101, or online at www.lsg-disabilitylaw.com.
