If Minority Report Was Our Twisted Reality

I'm sorry for the shakyness of some of the effects, since I was filming without a tripod, track motion editing was alooot harder , and I got a little lazy =P

At first I was going to make a cool minority report like movie where everything was floating, no story line. But I got the idea that the more people become engulfed in augmented reality, the less they care about the real world. So I hope ya like it!

Wonderfully done both conceptually and put together, although I disagree with the premise a little.

When AR gets good enough, surely it will reduce our materialistic nature? What is the value of a brand name when our visuals can make anything look like anything else? why would we care for flashy cars or clothing, when we can change them in a few clicks whenever we like? Of course, AR could also hide the worlds ill's away from us, but it would make us finally value function more over form.

@twdarkflame That is an amazing point I never thought of that! The only problem is that would only happen if we could make the AR a solid so we can feel it. But your are right, idk if you ever seen any of the star trek seris, but this is how they end would hunger and all war, by using machines that create anything, and holodecks which make a new reality.
