Great advice, thanks! I tend to get more muscular then I'd like, so the advice about flexabilty exercises sounds like it might help get the longer lean muscles. Would pilates be a good one? Or just basic stretching?

@sassyelnumerouno u could start with 2 per week, but id say 3 fullbody workouts perweek, mon,wed,fri if possible
