I loved reading these posts! My brother sent this to me. Booty Wood is my dad. He passed in 1987, so I havent seen him in 22 years. Thank you 2 whoever ppsted this. Never thought that I would get to see him perform again. Song was called Booty's Blues because of his solo performance & plunger style, Basie & Ellington agreed that he was one of the best. I remember hanging out with the band and Basie when i was a child. Saw on the posts that Cleve was ill, i remember him, God b with him!
