We design our workouts for seniors following a functional path to fitness. We want to develop dynamic strength, balance and stability while we strip off
body fat. This prevents falls and improves all your daily activities and recreational options. Another critical concern for seniors is loss of fast twitch motor
neurons and fast twitch muscle fiber. We use very controlled momentum to focus on this need and keep a spring in your step.
