@SiquelaTrevisan Hapkido is pretty different in the way the techniques are done. You'll notice his practice partner up there screaming in pain? He's not acting. Its agonizing to be in any one of those locks. Its specifically designed to break your body in the most sensitive points. This is what makes it a much more potentially dangerous art then Aikido.

@FastKid26 Both Aikido and YulSul come from Daito Ryu Aiki JuJitsu. Master Choi learn Aiki Jujitsu from Master Takeda. Choi, returned to Korea and created a system that he simply called YulSul. Later he renamed it Hapkiyulsul. A student of Choi name Ji Han Jae took an ancient Korean style called Tae Kyun (not taekwondo) and combined it with Hapkiyulsul and made Hapkido. Currently there is somewhat of a split between Hapkiyulsul and Hapkido. The former remaining loyal to Master Choi's teachings.

Hapkido isn't an MMA style of martial art. It is primarily self defense. Most of the stuff used in Hapkido isn't meant for going up against experienced fighters, it's designed for defending against muggers, thugs, bullies, etc. You guys should try or at least research Hapkido before you go trolling.

@ fastkid, bro to tell u the truth i was a wimp in highschool my freshman year, i was 12 goin on 13 everyone was twice my size, it wasnt until i was 16 that i got tired of the shit an got into my first fight that i realized wat my uncle had always told me, everyone has a breaking point, an when that time comes u will have no more fear, ever since then i looked at things much differently especially when i realized i had a good right cross lol

@TheChazmaro I feel like that would be so use full. I got into a fight my freshman year in the hall way with some guy. He threw a punch and i grabbed it and twisted his arm and dislocated his shoulder. Ever since then i have always wanted to do that but never knew when it come handy again because no one wants to fight me.... :P
