My sister has a standard shot haired Dachshund, His tongue is too long to fit in his mouth, so it hangs out alot. his name is Alfie.

Dackel actually translates to dachshund. I checked.
No matter, it will all sound the same coming out of my mouth.

it is funny that English translates a German word to another German word. Dachshund is 100% German from the dachs and the hund .... hmmm
Languages are funny sometimes.
You would speak "Dachshund" like "Darkshound", na ja about....
BTW I excuse me in all form that I mixed you up with a guy. But in the first vid I heard only a male voice and so I thought.....
Shame on me....

It's okay, Pete. That was the morning radio show I listen to.
Languages are funny all the time, I still have a hard time with English sometimes.
Some words are just funny to me, like knife, knot and knoll.
Do we really need the k? And words that just don't look right, machine, horde and isle are a few. Some words don't sound right like, pickles, potpourri and my favorite, spork.
