My only son was killed in a car accident 6 years ago. He was 23. I, too, miss him terribly. This song is very touching for me. I got a letter from him two days after he has killed saying how much he loved me, how good a job I did raising him and how proud of me he was. I keep a copy with me at all times. The original is in my safe. Thank you, God.

i lost my mom this past june. she battled cancer for 2 and a half years. im 16 years old. i have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. she didnt mind to do anything for anyone. her pride was in me and the rest of my brothers and sisters. she loved coming to watch me play football. I sat next to her hospital bed and held her hand until her last breath and i will cherish all that she did for me. But now i wait until the lord returns so I can see my mom again. I love you mom

This month last year I lost my best friend in the whole world and all I can do this whole month is think about him. This song is really great and has a very good message with it.

I lost my father Nov. 14th 2011.He died from prostate cancer. He left behind his wife, ten sons, eight daughters, and a host of grand, great-grand kids. I am the eldest child (daughter). I never got to tell him that I love him, nor tell him goodbye before he died.(because of the distance). This song very touching, and oh so true. I believe that he is in heaven. His memories will last a life time.
