35 years ago I bought a re-issue of Gene Vincent´s first album, "Blue Jean Bop", and eversince I have loved this song. Just listen to his beautiful version and you see what I mean. Did the Four Aces the original version?

Just to set the record straight, I recent being called a criminal, Dave's Grandson should get his facts right before opening his mouth. Dave Mahoney worked with me to learn his part, I replaced him in 1969 and sang with two of the original members before they retired and were replaced, Fred Diodati replaced Al Alberts in 1957 we are still performing, retaining the sound the class and the style of The Four Aces, we must be doing something right, Joe Giglio The Four Aces

i really cannot understand how the original poster can actually include the imposter four aces with the original group who sang all these beautiful songs. the newer group is nothing but a bunch of criminals who stole the original's work. i should know, i am the grandson of dave mahoney. for shame!

Great post and great song. Sadly Al Alberts the lead singer and founder of the Aces died yesterday at age 87.

This is the first version I heard of this song and I lived to see the truth of it. But, it wasn't just wedding bells that broke up the old gang. Selective service (draft), cars, college all went along with the break up. Still, the memories of the old gang of guys and gals are there and reliveable in my mind. Thanks for the post.

Awesome, but this is the original four aces, not alot of the pics that are shown in this video, they are imposters...sorry guys...post the imposters version and hear the difference in sound.....faghetaboutit!!!

hello, yes I took the music on my own disc. the photographs I took them on the Net. because I do not have photographs of the four ace has share that of the disc. thank you to have informed me. if you have truths photographs does not hesitate has to send them to me so that I remake them. thank you
