Folks, it doesn't change anything, but I think you should know there is another copy of this same video that was posted to Youtube on MAY 22, 2009. This isn't new.

This is definitely a problem of itself, but what exactly does this have to do with those FEMA camp conspiracies? I'm not trying to argue on the veracity of those conspiracies, but just to point out that at face value, these clips of his speech seem to have nothing to do with FEMA. I guess either way it's a power that shouldn't be in the government's hands, let alone one single branch, but this video's title is rather misleading.
