The dogs are great,their haircuts on the other hand are not ,you could really make them look better than that. I do my own dog and I'm not a proffesional and he looks alot better, takes me about 2 and a half hours,

Thank you for watching my video about the 7 poodles I groomed and for your comment. I completely agree with you, these dogs could have looked a lot better if a) they wouldn't have been matted down to the skin

b) I was into torturing animals and would have tried to de-mat their nearly body casts which unfortunately isn't clearly visible in the video!

For me, as a professional, the welfare of the animals comes first! That's why shaved them down

@flathead59 I am sure you take excellent care of your little poodle and I am sure you do a lot better than me since you have a decent coat to work with. I would love to see a picture of your poodle or a video of your dog's haircut!

I love the clipper vac and the groomer's helper. Both tools definitely make grooming a lot easier!

i know those sweeties feel much better without all the MATS PULLING and HURTING their fragile skin!!!!!! people do NOT know what groomers go thru to HELP a HURTING and I mean IN PAIN dog!!!! All because people don't realize you have to brush your dogs hair like your own!!!! Thank you :)

they were terribly matted, have you ever tried wet shaving the mats out? You can't use the clipper vac to wet shave, but it does go through easier and leaves the hair a bit longer to finish. sometimes, you can wet split the tail and with detangler save the tails, but you had mess for sure to work with!

What is the Groomer's Helper? We've been getting along fine without it, but never heard of it.

i think Chuck Simons should do an as seen on TV commercial, like with billy mays. lol

how long u been grooming for?

ive only been grooming for 3 years, but have 5 years show exoerience. so i can do both pet and show grooming, as well as competition grooming
