that was good. But you need to go down then come back up. The going down part is the hardest part because you have to stop your body from crashing to the floor. The press was good tho.

I really admire what you can do with your upper body. I can't do any of this. But the suggestion I will make is that you need to work a bit more with your legs as well. Squats/lunges etc would make your body more proportionate.

Great. You'll get the drop-over to backbend better if you keep looking between the hands (don't drop your chin to your chest).
