  • This was way before Blazblue.

  • Hey, every fighting game has something different to offer. Personally, this is one of my favorites and I think that Blazblue is extremely cool as well. I haven't played much KOF yet though, so I can't really say much about it.

  • @Flamesofthunder:

    Five words:

    Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.

  • I want to see a type moon vs Blaz Blue

  • @TakahashiAizawa 2005 release for this

  • @ShadowVoodoo43 Not really.. It is much different from the VN.. There is also a manga named ''melty blood'' which follows the story as well..

Simply said the story is kinda whacky, funny (Though not too much.).. Biggest pull of the game is the combat, though I personally think that Fate/Unlimited codes does it much better, and with most of the characters fate/unlimited codes actually follows the storyline with some characters.

  • @MAJOR18able my reaction as well, Im not sure as I havnt played it, but does it have a good story like the original VN? (Fuck, Story from a fighting game, I know a shot in the dark, but hey its from Type-Moon)

  • @mastermindbrain1985 Yes in a way. Melty Blood's a doujin (or "indie") fighting game that was made by both Type-Moon and French Bread that has had several remakes over the years and a manga adaption. It supposedly takes place one year after Tsukihime.

  • @mastermindbrain1985 Haha, I still need to give KOF a try. But yeah, actually, Tsukihime was originally a visual novel, the anime and manga were made afterward. The Melty Blood fighting games take place after the events of Tsukihime. I'm not sure exactly how popular Melty Blood is in Japan, certainly more popular than it is here in the US though, lol.

  • @Dromaeosaur25

KOF is really cool ! and has a good story line as well, i wish i can try tsukihime fighting game, is it popular in Japan ? cuz i only know it from the anime

besides, whats melty blood exactly ? an extension to the original manga or what ?

  • @Yohko86

ok, whats melty blood then ? is it an extension to the anime ??

  • @mastermindbrain1985 "Lunar Legend" is the American English version, while "Tsukihime" is the Japanese version. Same anime, different languages.
