Surah Al-Kahf 01

assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaah,

Here are some things you may find interesting about Surah Al-Kahf -

From Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri, who said: "Whoever reads Soorat al-Kahf on the night of Jumu'ah, will have a light that will stretch between him and the Ancient House (the Ka'bah)."

(Narrated by al-Daarimi, 3407. This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami, 6471)

Abul-Dira reported that the Prophet said, "Whoever memorises the first ten Ayat of Surat al-Kahf will be protected from the Dajjal." (Abu Dawud)

@zeytush Thank you so much, i feel alot better as a Muslim than i did as a Christian, funny i thought people would judge me alo t more as a Muslim, ( i am African American) but as a Muslim all the race of Muslims welcomed me with open arms,and i feel like i have a real family now.I didnt feel welcomed when i was a christian.

@nabeel776 Thank you, i have to admit getting used to the Muslim lifestyle, after been a christian for 28 years is rough, but i am growing and learning every day. i am going to stay praying 5 times a day tomorrow.
