No..many people died in that accident, including the pilot if i remember right. unknow to me why the pilot did what he did.. it sure aint the way do operate an helicopter in water.

what do we learn ?
If U are under water with yr heli's nose, NEVER try to
lift off again. (Stop the engines!) The water will
prevent you from coming up with the nose and tilts
you frontward. THIS caused the rotors to slam around
yr vehicle causing what we see here.

Maybe there wasn't anyone on the helicopter. Look at the red boat on the backround, could it be the pilot?
There is another video of a plane powering itself up after the pilot was rescued on a river.

what do we learn ?
