@alhaji314 I am sorry for your loss. i recommend that you firstly pat yourself on the back for "owning" your feelings. Anger is a natural stage in the grieving process but it is how we process and expre4ss that anger which may be destructive or constructive. Revenge is looking back- is retrospective- setting goals is looking forward. I recommend practicing compassion- yes i know it is really hard- but practice- you may also wish to listen to my views on itunes- Look up Lauren Ostrowski Fenton
